Man nabbed over robbery raps

A 26-year-old man accused of robbery was arrested evening of Nov 25, 2021 in Oton, Iloilo.
Jaylord John Ignacio was collared at his home in Glen-A, Savannah Subdivision in Barangay Abilay Norte, Oton.
A native of Cabatuan, Iloilo, Ignacio is the subject of a warrant of arrest for robbery in Criminal Case No. 18-82813.
Judge Juana Judita Panigbatan-Nafarete of the Regional Trial Court Branch 38 in Iloilo City issued the warrant on Sept. 24, 2018.
Bail for Ignacio’s temporary liberty was fixed at P72,000.
The suspect tried to evade arrest when police allegedly served the arrest warrant but the team of Captain Robert Jayson Pancha, Oton police chief, was able to subdue him immediately.
Ignacio is now detained.
