ROXAS CITY, Capiz Police arrested a man for possessing two unlicensed handguns and ammunitions morning of May 8, 2019 in Dumarao, Capiz.
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-Capiz) Capiz Provincial Mobile Forces Company, Capiz Provincial Police Office(CPPO) and Dumarao police collared Ramil Fuscabalo at his house around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday at Sitio Maripo, Brgy. Bungsuan, Dumarao.
Recovered from Fuscabalo was a .45-caliber gun with 7 live ammunitions in a magazine, and a 12-guage shotgun with three live ammunitions.
The operation was authorized by a search warrant issued by Roxas City Regional Trial Court Branch 18 Executive Judge Ignacio Alajar on May 7, 2019.
Fuscabalo is detained at the lock up cell of the Dumarao police station.
Charges for violations of Republic Act No. 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunitions) were filed against the suspect.
