Man nabbed for rape raps

A 36-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping his two daughters over several years in Cabatuan., Iloilo.
Ben (not his real name), a resident of Cabatuan, Iloilo, was arrested while hiding at a relative’s house in Barangay Zone II, Santa Barbara, Iloilo, at around 12:45 p.m. on December 1.
Captain Aileen Lacrite, Cabatuan police chief, said the suspect was accused of 43 counts and 12 additional counts of Qualified Rape.
He was collared by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by the 6th Regional Trial Court, Branch 76, January, Iloilo on November 24, 2025.
No bail was recommended for his temporary freedom.
Ben is listed as the top 1 most wanted person in Western Visayas, in Iloilo province, and in Cabatuan town.
