ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 23-year-old person was arrested in an entrapment operation Thursday afternoon in Brgy. San Antonio Pilar, Capiz.
The Pilar Municipal Police Station, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and Regional Mobile Force Company nabbed JC Barrio for possessing and selling an M1 Garand rifle with 22 live ammunitions and three ammunition clips.
Authorities also seized the P200 marked money.
Barrio detained at the Pilar MPS while charges for violations of Republic Act. No. 10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act are being prepared against him.
