Man nabbed for gun ban violation

The suspect was identified as Marlon Jimena, of Hacienda Panaogao 1, Brgy. 4, Silay City.
According to Police Master Sergeant Leo Ramos, investigator of Silay Component City Police Station (CCPS), their station received a phone call asking for assistance for an alleged alarm and scandal incident at Barangay 4, Silay City.
Silay CCPS personnel responded to the area and caught Jimena holding a .38-caliber revolver without serial number with two live ammunitions.
The firearm and ammunition were confiscated while Jimena is presently detained at Silay CCPS.
