BACOLOD City – A man is back in jail after he was again arrested in a buy-bust operation that yielded 60 grams of suspected shabu worth P408,000 at Barangay 40 here last Saturday.
The subject was identified as Jude Villarmino, 48, of the said village.
Captain Dax Santillan, head of Police Station 6, said that Villarmino was placed under monitoring for a month after he was reported by some concerned citizens about his alleged illegal activity in the barangay.
“May info from concerned citizens na damo na ang gakadto sa iya and dako na ang iya gina dispose,” the station commander said.
Aside from that, Santillan said they have been monitoring Villarmino after he went out of jail to check if he really stopped engaging in the illegal drug trade.
Santillan said Villarmino was released from jail after he served his sentence for a previous drug case.
Police also recovered from him the P500 marked money and P10,000 boodle money.
Meanwhile, four persons, including two women were also apprehended with 10 grams of suspected shabu worth P68,000 in a drug bust in Barangay Singcang-Airport here on that same day.
