Man kills pa then hides body in septic tank

ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 44-year-old man allegedly killed then stashed the body of his father inside a septic tank or “pozo negro” at Sitio Puntod Brgy. Dinginan here.

The body of victim Rizaldo Azuro, 67, was discovered inside the tank Monday afternoon after the suspect Roger Azuro confessed to his mother.

Rizaldo went missing for about six days until his son Roger revealed where he hid the body.

According to the mother, her husband would maul Roger when the father gets drunk, resulting in the latter suffering from mental illness.

Roger said he hacked his father’s neck then disposed the body in the septic tank.  He is now detained at Roxas City Police Station.
