ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A man died after his motorcycle smashed into a concrete road barrier Saturday afternoon at Brgy. San Fernando, Pilar, Capiz.
Police identified the victim as Christian Horario, 26, of Brgy. Calapawan, Panay town.
Investigation by Pilar police indicated that the victim was on his way from Carles, Iloilo to Roxas City when the incident happened.
According to Police Corporal Jaypee Tumogda, Pilar MPS investigator, the victim may have dozed off while driving, which led to the crash.
The victim was declared dead at Bailan District Hospital.
