Man faces charges for shooting aunt’s house

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 30-year-old man is facing criminal charges for strafing his aunt’s house evening of Aug 28, 2019 in Brgy. Parian Sigma, Capiz.

Lowelyn Valdez, 48, is contemplating to file several charges against her nephew Cute Valdez.

Investigation by Sigma police indicated that the suspect went to Lowelyn’s house together with Evangeline Gonzales and dared the complainant to a fight.

Lowelyn said she ignored the dare to avoid touble.

Cute left and proceeded to his car that was parked on the road then returned to the house.

The suspect then riddled Lowelyn’s house with bullets with a gun of still undetermined gun caliber.

The complainant then called for police assistance

Police recovered from the crime scene 15 ammunition shells.

Police learned that Cute and Lowelyn had long standing grudges which may have resulted in the strafing incident.

Cute was arrested in a police follow up operation and is presently detained at Sigma police station.
