Man electrocuted while fishing

ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 46-year-old man died after he was accidentally electrocuted while fishing Saturday evening at Barangay San Silvestre, Pilar, Capiz.
Oliver Baclas of Brgy. San Silvestre was declared dead at Bailan District Hospital in Pontevedra, Capiz.
According to Police Master Sergeant Elmer Balgos of Pilar Municipal Police Station, Baclas was catching fish with his son in the river near their house using a live electric wire.
But the victim accidentally slipped and fell into the water.
The son immediately went to their house to unplug the wire but it was too late.
