Man dies in road mishap

BACOLOD City – A man died after he figured in a road accident at Sitio Mambucog, Barangay Zone 16, Talisay City, Negros Occidental on Thursday night.

Police identified the fatality as Reymund Norre of Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City.

Investigation indicated that the victim was driving a car when he lost control of the vehicle and swerved to the left portion of the center island. The car turned turtle and crashed into a tree.

Norre was thrown off the vehicle and hit his head on the pavement.

He was rushed to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital here, where he was declared dead.
