Killed was Noe Degillo, 42, of the said village.
Wounded were Rogelio Degillo, 60; Gene Elardo, 59; Mark Ebarat, 42; and a five-year-old girl.
Police Major Lowell Garinganao, town police chief, said a speeding pick-up truck driven by Noe allegedly hit the wall of a house owned by Allan Margarce and also hit a mango tree when he was passing through a curved road.
Garinganao said Noe sustained head and chest injuries and was declared dead at a hospital while his four passengers sustained minor injuries and are confined at a hospital.
