ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 25-year-old allegedly committed suicide Monday night at Barangay Casanayan, Pilar, Capiz.
Police Corporal Jaypee Tomogda, Pilar Municipal Police Station investigator, said Rico (not his real name) was found hanging inside their house.
Rico was declared dead at Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital in Balasan, Iloilo.
Prior to the incident, the victim was last seen drinking liquor with his father and neighbors which lasted until 8PM.
Rico’s live-in partner later looked for him as they were about to have their supper.
According to his live-in partner, Rico was always mentioning the name of his former girlfriend whenever he was drunk.
