ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 36-year-old man was arrested again by police in a drug buy-bust operation Tuesday afternoon at Barangay Gabuan here.
Police identified the suspect as Dennis Concepcion of Barangay Culajao.
Recovered from the suspect were four sachets of suspected shabu, P500 marked money, a cellphone and a motorcycle.
The operation was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Capiz and Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of the Roxas City Police Station.
According to Police Master Sergeant Ramil Arcangeles, Roxas City PNP spokesperson, Concepcion was jailed before for the same offense but was released from detention on January 25, 2019 through plea bargaining agreement.
The suspect is detained at the Roxas City police station. He will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
