A 55-year-old man who was accused of raping his relative in Antique province was arrested afternoon of Nov 25, 2022 in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Primitivo Marfil, who used to reside in Barangay Poblacion, San Remigio, Antique, was collared at Barangay Bagong Silang, Quezon City years after he left his home province.
