ROXAS CITY, Capiz The most wanted person in Maayon, Capiz was arrested by the police on Jan 9, 2019 for the crime of attempted rape with slight physical injuries.
Richard dela Gona, 43, of Barangay Alayunan, Maayon, Capiz did not resist when cops served the warrant of arrest at his house.
Regional Trial Court Branch 18 Judge Ignacio Alajar of Roxas City issued the warrant on Jan 14, 2014.
Dela Gona was later released from police custody after posting the recommended bail bond.
