ONCE AGAIN THE HISTORIC Municipality of Miagao came back to centerstage with the annual Hablon Festival.
Highlighting the festivity was the annual Quest for Miss Little Hablon 2022, a beauty pageant joined in by little girls.
It was spearheaded by no less than famed Miagaoanon fashion designer Nono Palmos with the support of Miagao Mayor Richard Garin along with Vice Mayor Macario Napulan and other officials.
Little Miss Hablon 2022 Aisha Matea Piccio won the nod of the stellar board of judges led by the vibrant Dr. Rollin Tabuena, the stylish society doyen and businesswoman Putli Fuerte and 1998 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Jewel May Lombaton. Ayzhea Hyacinth Donato landed on 1st runner-up and Jessica Mingels as 2nd runner-up.
Adding pomp and pageantry to this glittering event was guest celebrity Paul Salas.
Nono Palmos initiated the Hablon Festival to promote the handwoven textile to the world.
