ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Health workers from the different Local Government Units (LGU) in Capiz will be the next target of the vaccination program of the provincial government.
Sinovac vaccines have been delivered to the different rural health units recently.
Dr. Ramon Alex Nolasco, officer in charge of Capiz Provincial Health Office (PHO), said 18 health workers from the municipal health offices were the first to be inoculated last Wednesday at the Capiz Villareal Stadium.
Nolasco hopes that additional 13 to 14 health personnel of the Municipal Health Office (MHO) in the province will be vaccinated.
After the vaccination of the town health workers, the next target will be the senior citizens, the reason why Nolasco wanted the copy of the masterlist from the different barangays so that vaccination rollout can be started.
