LaPaz, JCFC, Assumption, bag titles in 1st Iloilo YFL 7-a-side football tourney

Football enthusiasts stormed the Central Philippine University field for the 1st Iloilo Youth Football League (YFL) 7-a-side tournament that was joined by several schools and clubs.
The tournament had were four age groups – Under-9, U-11, U-13, and the U-15, which were all heavily participated by football youngsters.
In the U-9 category, Assumption Iloilo won the championship, while Don Bosco Victorias is 1st runner-up, followed by Sta. Barbara (2nd runner-up) and Jaro (3rd runner-up).
Gabriel Deñaredondo bagged the MVP award.
JCFC dominated the U-11 category while Westbridge got 1st runner-up, Jaro FC was 2nd runner-up, and Assumption was 3rd runner-up.
Jake Hervas was hailed as MVP.
For the U-13 category, the JCFC again clinched the title, with Northstar placing 1st runner-up, Janiuay at 2nd runner-up, and Antique FC at 3rd runner-up.
The MVP was John Marlou Gaverza.
LaPaz FC took control of the U-15 category, with Jaro FC placing 1st runner-up, Antique FC in 2nd runner-up, and Janiuay United in 3rd runner-up.
Charles Manaay was the MVP.
