Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) recorded PHP 3.14 trillion in digital transactions in the first nine months of 2025, reflecting a 36% year-on-year increase in value and a 27% rise in volume from more than 550 million transactions.
The growth signals expanding use of secure and convenient digital banking channels nationwide and reinforces Landbank’s role in advancing financial inclusion.
Landbank’s digital platforms include the Mobile Banking App (MBA), iAccess, Link.BizPortal, weAccess, Electronic Modified Disbursement System (eMDS), Landbankasama, e-Tax Payment System (eTPS), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) VDS Portal, Landbank Bulk Credit System (LBCS), and the Landbank Remittance System (LBRS).
At the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, Landbank underscored its commitment to inclusive finance through digital innovation and sound governance.
The bank highlighted efforts to expand financial service access, particularly in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.

“Innovation, at its heart, Set featured imagemust make people’s lives easier — more connected, more secure, and more inclusive,” Landbank Executive Vice President Leila C. Martin said in a Nov. 13 presentation at the Singapore EXPO Convention Center.
She added that the bank’s digital transformation was designed “not just to compete, but to serve our people better.”
The Landbank MBA remained the most-used digital platform with more than 492.44 million transactions worth PHP 418.40 billion, representing increases of 26% in volume and 38% in value from 2024.
The iAccess platform handled 2.59 million transactions totaling PHP 11.89 billion, while Link.BizPortal processed 6.76 million transactions worth PHP 12.27 billion, reflecting annual increases of 20% in volume and 37% in value.
The weAccess platform, which serves corporate and government clients, processed 32.85 million transactions valued at PHP 1.29 trillion, up 69% in volume and 37% in value.
ATM payroll transactions contributed 26.95 million transactions amounting to PHP 266.71 billion.
Government disbursements processed through eMDS reached PHP 1.14 trillion across 3.63 million transactions, showing year-on-year increases of 32% in volume and 40% in value.
The LANDBANKasama agent banking network completed 2.38 million transactions worth PHP 11.68 billion, rising 13% in volume and 14% in value as the bank expanded services in underserved communities.
Landbank’s eTPS facilitated 554,151 transactions totaling PHP 132.93 billion, up 21% in volume and 16% in value.
The BIR VDS Portal generated PHP 1.93 billion in its first year of implementation.
The LBCS, used for batch disbursements, recorded 6.08 million transactions worth PHP 52.37 billion, while the LBRS handled 650,203 transactions amounting to PHP 58.26 billion, an 11% increase in value.
Landbank said it remains committed to expanding digital innovations to meet customer needs and support inclusive economic growth as the country’s primary digital government and development bank.
