ROXAS CITY, Capiz— The judiciary here is “ruled” by women.
Records indicate that three of the four branches of Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) are occupied by women. Also, four of the six Regional Trial Court (RTC) salas are presided by lady judges.
In the MTCC, Judge Jenny Ann Logronio is in charge of Branch 1; Judge Kathleen Delantar in Branch 2, and Judge Bonifacia Carmen Chuchi Ramos in Branch 4.
In the RTC, Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate is with Branch 19 aside from being the acting presiding judge of Branch 14.
Judge Alma Banias-Delfin occupies Branch 15, and Judge Kristine Tiangco-Vinculado in Branch 16.
