CADIZ CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL – Stateland Inc., a Suntrust Company, unveiled its latest housing development project, La Riviera, on Friday in Barangay Tinampa-an, Cadiz City, where it promises a blend of coastal charm and comfortable living.
Two house models were featured during the event: the Dale, a bungalow duplex, and the Brooke, a bungalow single-attached unit.
Suntrust First Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Communications Jerry Rubis led the blessing and inauguration of the house models.
“This momentous event marks an exciting milestone for the company as we introduce our vision of modern, coastal-inspired living to the vibrant community of Cadiz City,” Rubis said.
Rubis added that La Riviera provides families the opportunity to experience a harmonious blend of convenience, security, and modern living.
Spanning 23.55 hectares, La Riviera is located just four kilometers from Cadiz City’s picturesque coastline. The development reflects the company’s commitment to creating secure, comfortable, and accessible communities.
Rubis emphasized that La Riviera’s strategic location in Negros Occidental’s second district caters to residents in neighboring towns and cities, including Sagay City and Toboso in the north, and Manapla and Victorias City in the south.
Key amenities at La Riviera include a multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, children’s play area, pocket parks, open activity spaces, and shower rooms.
The infrastructure features a landscaped entrance gate, a 20-meter-wide concrete main road, underground drainage, elevated water tanks, concrete sidewalks, and streetlights to ensure safety and convenience.
Rubis also highlighted that the blessing of the Dale and Brooke house models underscores the commitment of Suntrust Properties and Stateland Inc. to elevating the standard of living for Filipino families.
“Residents of La Riviera can look forward to a harmonious balance of tranquility and modern convenience, bringing to life the tagline: ‘Coastal Charm, Modern Comfort,’” he said.
