ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A two-year-old boy drowned in the septic tank of their neighbor Sunday afternoon at Sitio Agtalin in Barangay Dulangan, Pilar, Capiz.
Investigation by Pilar Municipal Police Station indicated that the parents did not notice that the victim fell in the 4-foot deep tank.
The father was at the neighbor’s house having coffee and watching television while his mother was busy with their laundry.
The boy was found 30 minutes later when his father looked for him.
The victim was declared dead in a hospital.
