The Kaya FC Women’s team impressed in the Philam Life’s 7’s Football League after dispatching Beach Hut, 5-1, in their first ever competitive tournament.
Despite the heavy rain in the McKinley Hill Stadium in Taguig City, Kaya still found a way to storm through Beach Hut.
Kaya FC shrugged off rookie jitters as they were able to find their rhythm early on in a 7’s football league format.
With Philam Life’s 7’s League already in its 4th season, many teams are vying against the talented Kaya roster for a position to win the championship.
Coach Let Dimzon, the current national team coach, is spearheading the coaching duties together with a bunch of college standouts and current members of the national team.
