After a grind-it-out win against a tough Maharlika Manila FC, Kaya FC-Iloilo is looking for their second-straight win in the Philippines Football League (PFL) as they are set to face the future of PH football, the Azkals Development Team (ADT).
Although ADT lost in their opening match against the United City FC led by Azkals legend Stephan Shrock, the youngsters showed that they can keep up with the pros.
ADT managed to limit United City’s score to just one and showed patience and endurance in a grueling 90-minute showdown with the PFL champions.
Composed of college superstars, ADT is one of the most exciting teams this season and will look to bounce back against one of the greatest clubs in the PFL, Kaya FC.
Jayson Panhay and the members of the Iloilo-based football team are looking to register more goals after only scoring one against Maharlika.
The depth and the experience Kaya FC had through the years with their AFC Cup and other football stints make them one of the teams to beat in the PFL bubble.
