Leading online job platform Jobstreet by SEEK has entered a strategic partnership with the Department of Education and the Private Sector Advisory Council Jobs Cluster to reinforce career readiness programs and expand workforce opportunities nationwide.
The agreements were formalized through the signing of memorandums of agreement, marking the start of a joint commitment to improve job access for Filipinos and address employment challenges across the country.
“We at Jobstreet by SEEK are very optimistic about these partnerships, as they reflect our shared vision of opening more doors and supporting Filipino job seekers from all walks of life,” said Dannah Majarocon, Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines managing director. “We’re excited to work with these organizations and sectors to organize more career conventions, expand career readiness, and make job opportunities more accessible for Filipino job seekers.”

The partnership between Jobstreet by SEEK and DepEd includes expanded implementation of the Career Readiness Caravan, an initiative that empowers students through workshops and career-building activities.
The campaign offers practical tips, job market insights, and useful career advice to help students build confidence and navigate their professional paths.
It aims to reach more senior high school students and Alternative Learning System learners across the country.
The collaboration also supports other youth formation initiatives designed to enhance values, knowledge, attitudes, and skills essential to holistic development.

Jobstreet by SEEK has also teamed up with the PSAC Jobs Cluster, a sector-focused group that links the government with private businesses to address employment challenges and stimulate economic growth.
This partnership will optimize Jobstreet by SEEK’s digital job platform by digitizing career convention processes to make opportunities more accessible to job seekers.
It also includes job fair marketing to attract more talent and connect them with the right employers.

Beyond formal agreements with DepEd and PSAC, Jobstreet by SEEK is in ongoing discussions with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
The potential collaboration would focus on developing training modules, providing labor market information, and expanding access to seekPASS, Jobstreet by SEEK’s mobile app that helps job seekers verify, manage, and share job credentials and documents.
If the partnership moves forward, Jobstreet by SEEK will also participate in the Philippine National Skills Competition 2025 and the WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025 events organized by TESDA.
Earlier this year, Jobstreet by SEEK also announced partnerships with the Department of Labor and Employment and the Philippine Retailers Association to support career growth and empower the country’s retail sector.
The Public Employment Service Office under DOLE also works closely with Jobstreet by SEEK to organize on-ground career conventions and job fairs.
