The suspect, identified as alias John, 43, of Purok 3, Barangay Poblacion, San Joaquin, was arrested in a buy-bust operation at Purok 4 of the same village.
Members of the San Joaquin Municipal Police Station arrested the suspect after he allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover operative.
