Police Regional Office 6 arrested the number three most wanted person in Capiz during an operation in Barangay Bayebaye, Jamindan on September 12, 2025.
Authorities identified the suspect as alias “Tito,” a 52-year-old farmer and resident of Jamindan.
He was arrested at around 4:19 p.m. by Jamindan Municipal Police Station operatives on the strength of a warrant for four counts of qualified rape.
The Regional Trial Court Branch 21 in Mambusao, Capiz, issued the warrant on September 8, 2025, without recommending bail.
The suspect is now in police custody for proper disposition.
