IPPO’s 3-in-1 project to boost info drive among personnel

NO ONE should be left behind.

This is the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO)’s newest tack to ensure that directives from higher headquarters reach each and every personnel.

Dubbed as “3-n-1 Project”, the initiative involves the cascading of current thrusts, policies and other instructions from the national, regional and provincial office.

Police Colonel Roland Vilela, Iloilo police chief, said that it’s one way to let every Iloilo PNP personnel know and feel that they are an integral part of the IPPO team.

Making and letting every member of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) a part of one big team.

“By compressing three major topics for a one-day cascading, we cannot only save time but also maximize the attendance of personnel coming from police stations,” Vilela said.

The initiative will also address the issues of personnel attending a seminar who are coming from far-flung stations.

The 3-n-1 project is offered to personnel based on cluster groupings.

“Cascading is not only held in provincial headquarters, we conduct it in strategic location which is conveniently accessible to personnel coming from the same district,” Vilela said.

The project is anticipated to increase the awareness of all personnel regarding the policies of the PNP.

“In terms of information on polices and other directives of the PNP, I believe that everyone must be informed. This is the objective of our 3-n-1 project,” Vilela said.
