IMPACT WebApp launches as digital hub for Iloilo MSMEs

ILOILO CITY — The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Western Visayas and Iloilo chapters, in partnership with the Iloilo Provincial Government and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Iloilo, officially launched the Iloilo MSME Program for Advancement, Coaching and Transformation (IMPACT) WebApp on Wednesday, Sept. 23.
Developed by GalaDevs Technology Corp., the web app serves as a centralized platform where local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can register, increase their business visibility, access learning resources, build networks, and find opportunities to support their growth.
The platform is also intended to provide government partners, council staff, and the public with access to information and initiatives related to the province’s MSME sector.
DTI Iloilo said the platform was the result of a vision that began two years ago.
“More than just a digital space, IMPACT is a hub of innovation, engagement, and collaboration-designed to empower MSMEs, showcase local initiatives, and strengthen cross sector partnerships,” it said in a statement.
The launch underscores collaboration between the private sector and government in using technology to provide MSMEs with easier access to information, resources, networks, and business opportunities.
The initiative is part of continuing efforts by the province and its partners to strengthen digital support for local entrepreneurs and improve their access to markets and business development resources.
Among those present were PCCI Western Visayas Regional Gov. Fulbert Woo, PCCI Iloilo President Jerduen Dongor, Provincial Tourism Officer Aulynn Yue Sin, DTI Iloilo officer in charge and Provincial Director Ma. Dorita Chavez, GalaDevs Technology Corp. President Rhey Victor Macayran, and lawyer Dennis Ventilacion, representing Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr.
Organizers encouraged local MSMEs to register on the platform and establish their digital presence through the IMPACT Iloilo WebApp.
