ILONGGO taekwondo athletes dominated the first day of the Batang Pinoy 2019 taekwondo event in Robinson’s Place Palawan.
Cyd Edryc Esmaña notched the Gold medal in the individual Poomsae Cadet, Kean Ryth Bornazal and Elizabeth Marie Borres got the silver medal in the Mixed Pair Poomsae Cadet, and Aryan Nicole Nonis, Seth Ryan Templanza, and Airon Melvin Aguana bagged the bronze medal for the Team Poomsae Cadet.
In the Kyorugi event, Feri Carmel Perez and Amcee Victoria were the champions, while Kyle Chin and Jake Christian Mamigo got the bronze medal.
Quarterfinalists were Amcee Victoria, Xandrew Nicholai Refugio, and Seth Hendrick Porquez.
Alan Diasnes, Gunnar Castro, Louis Nobleza, and Denmark Pinggol served as coaches of the brilliant Ilonggo athletes.
