Ilonggo Jovin Bedic shared that Kaya FC-Iloilo is ready for the upcoming challenge against Shanghai Port FC in the Champions League knockout qualifiers.
In the official press conference of the tournament, the native of Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo confirmed that they prepared well for the competition and are looking to take down Shanghai to qualify for the event proper.
Bedic also stressed that although Shanghai is a tough team to beat, he believes that the philosophy new head coach Graham Harvey instilled with the team will help them win the do-or-die.
If Kaya FC wins the match against Shanghai, the Iloilo-based football team will then be grouped with Thai Champs BG Pathum, Vietnamese Champs Viettel FC, and defending ACL Champs Ulsan Hyundai from Korea in the Champions League main draw.
