The San Miguel Municipal Police in Iloilo arrested the town’s No. 1 most wanted person evening of May 23, 2022 at Brgy. Sto Niño.
Pablo Saban, 49, of Sto Niño was arrested for two counts of rape in Criminal Case No. 22-87497.
Iloilo Regional Trial Court Branch 27 Judge Elijo Sharon Ronzales Herrera-Bellones issued the arrest warrant on May 17, 2022.
The court did not allow Saban to post bail.
The suspect is accused of raping a minor girl twice in October 2021.
Saban is currently in the custody of San Miguel Police Station.
