As expected, a marathon of celebrations honored the stunning Ilongga beauty queen hosted by no less than excited stellar personalities in society, business, and political worlds.
The celebrant started her special day on Nov 14, 2020 with Iloilo City lone district Rep. Jam Jam Baronda who spearheaded a gift giving of school supplies and financial assistance to the needy children of Calajunan, Mandurriao.
An exclusive birthday luncheon for Queen Rabiya was also held at the historic Camiña Balay na Bato hosted by couple Gerard and Luth Camiña along with Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas, former House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, Iloilo 5th district Rep. Raul Tupas and other big names in the business community.
In the afternoon, a meet-and-greet with her supporters and friends happened at the poolside of the plush Richmonde Hotel where she was showered with gifts and tokens.
In the evening, the Iloilo City Government and Iloilo Festival Foundation Inc. (IFFI) headed by Chairman Judgee Peña and President Atty. Joebert Peñaflorida hosted a glitzy dinner birthday bash for our Queen.
Excitedly welcoming our Miss Universe Philippines were Miss Iloilo pageant chairpersons Sarah Peña and Beverly “Pangging” Rosales and their team.
The next day, a refreshing luncheon celebration was held at the picturesque Costa Aguada Resort in Dumangas, Iloilo. Rabiya met her well-wishers led by Balasan Mayor Manuel and Mrs. Eva Marie Ganzon and former classmates.
To Queen Rabiya Mateo, cheers and good luck on your quest for the Miss Universe Crown!
