Members of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) 6’s 602nd Company, along with the Calinog Municipal Police Station, the 6th Special Action Battalion PNP Special Action Force’s 6th Special Action Company, and the Regional Intelligence Unit 6, apprehended the suspect by virtue of an arrest warrant for the crime of rape by carnal knowledge under Article 266-A, Paragraph 1(A), in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code.
The arrest warrant was issued by the 6th Regional Trial Court, Branch 76, in Janiuay, Iloilo, on Sept. 20, 2025.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
