The Iloilo Mark V. Pinggol (MVP) taekwondo gym dazzled once again in the recently concluded 4th Lents Taekwondo Worldwide Sports Online Poomsae Open 2021.
Out of the 10 entries the prized gym had, eight of them clinched respective medals and collected a total of three gold medals, three silvers, and two bronze.
In the Poomsae event, Andria Margaret Palabrica reigned supreme in the Female under-11 category while kid wonder Cyd Edyrc Esmaña settled for the silver medal in the Cadet Male Blackbelt category.
Julianna Martha Uy and Esmaña teamed up for the mixed pair under-17 category and managed to clinch the silver medal.
For the male team blackbelt under-17, the trio of Enzo Lucio Cape, Geon Ivan Dulaca, and Justin Adrian Apura nabbed the bronze medal.
Meanwhile, in the beach Poomsae event, Joshua Cachero continued his dominant streak and won the gold medal in the individual male blackbelt under-30 category.
Cachero would win another gold medal together with Jilyn Rose Yap in the mixed pair blackbelt over-17 category while Niesha Kariz Pequierda grabbed the silver medal in the individual cadet female blackbelt.
Shanen Anica Feranco was the last MVP jin to win another medal after impressing in the female under-17 and sit in third place.
