The MB Dance Academy from the City of Love stole the spotlight during the Jamili’s Scholarship Cup 1st Open Online dance sports competition.
Head trainer coach Matthew Cutanco Balbastro did a splendid job once again after his dancers snatched a total of 17 medals in the prestigious event including eight gold medals, seven silvers, and two bronze medals.
Those who stood out the most in the national competition were Dana Angelica Galfo, Joemel Yap Magallanes, and John Kevin Sabuero who each collected two gold medals in different categories.
Aside from their two gold medals, Sabuero netted one silver medal and one bronze medal while Magallanes added one silver medal in his bag.
Joining Galfo, Magallanes, and Sabuero are Mary Ysabelle Cartagena, JM Laniog, Bryant Stefano Embalsado, Jag Sarate, Syhara Jayden Gabasa, Sabryna Hailey Gabasa, and Zoe Alexandria Lanceta as medalists.
Meanwhile, those who managed to qualify in the top five of their respective categories were Leanne Reigh Lanceta, Khaye Formon, and Anya Sarate.
