The Iloilo City Taekwondo and Fitness Center by Jojo Castro is back on the international stage and clinched a total of 11 medals in the recently concluded Poomsae Lovers Online International Championship 2021 hosted by China.
It was almost a month ago when the Iloilo City JOCAS jins made waves during the 1st Indomitable Spirit Cup Argentina Online Open Poomsae Championships.
Despite the long lay-off, the coach Castro mentored jins did not show signs of slowing down and showed a brilliant display of Poomsae.
Gold medalists during the China-hosted prestigious taekwondo competition were Gee Vhon Juby Silla, Clark Zed Abello, and Paul Dominic Callado.
Meanwhile, Neslene Marie Muleta, Galilea Alexandra Nikki Labrador, Yestine Yori Barrios, Eunice Angela Castante, and Margareth Anne Aguana brought silver medals to the table.
Bronze medal finishers in the taekwondo tourney were Travis Gunnar Castro, Niña Marie Muleta, and Prince Abinal.
