The third most wanted person in Iloilo City was arrested afternoon of September 7, 2021 in San Joaquin, Iloilo.
Mark Christopher Willkomm, 54, was collared at his house in Purok 3, San Joaquin, Iloilo.
While he hails from San Joaquin town, Willkomm also has a house at Jefferson’s Ville Subdivision in Barangay Pali-Benedicto, Mandurriao, Iloilo City,
Members of the San Joaquin Municipal Police Station and Iloilo City Police Station 5 arrested Willkomm for alleged violation of Sections 11 and 12, Art. II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act) docketed as Criminal Case Nos. 17-80415, 17-80416 and 17-80417.
Judge Gloria Madero of the 6th Regional Trial Court Branch 29, Iloilo City, issued the arrest warrant on Aug. 23, 2021. No bail was set for his temporary freedom.
The ICPS5 noted that one of their personnel used a body-worn camera during Wilkomm’s arrest.
The Iloilo City Police Office has yet to provide additional information why the suspect was listed in the city’s most wanted list.
In the meantime, Willkomm is detained pending his turn over to the court concerned.
