A record 40 employees were cited this year for exceptional performance, integrity, and innovation in serving the community.
The awards recognize individuals who go beyond their regular duties to improve service delivery and support community welfare.
Mayor Raisa Treñas-Chu said the recognition highlights the city’s culture of hard work and excellence in public service.
“I am truly proud to say that Iloilo City has the finest set of public servants — people who carry the torch of excellence with pride,” she said.
“We especially honor those who have gone beyond expectations, giving their best without limits,” she added.
