Iloilo A. Diasnes taekwondo gym takes home 21 medals in international stint

The Iloilo A. Diasnes taekwondo gym once again bannered the City of Love and the Philippines during the recently concluded 2021 Global Taekwondo Online Championships.

Joining in both the Poomsae and the Speed Kicking categories, the prestigious Iloilo-based taekwondo gym collected a total of 21 medals: six golds, five silvers, and 10 bronze medals.

Leading the pack of the talented jins are gold medalists Alfie Diasnes, Franz Angelo Fernandez, Rojohn De La Cruz, Kian Ezekiel Castigador, Sheriemei Anne Hojilla, and Ehyan Rhodwell Talabucon.

Meanwhile, Francesca Alterado, John Patrick Palonpon, Adrian Horlador III, Elizabeth Marie Borres, and Jan Andrew Gancero are the silver medalists.

Completing the medalists are bronze winners Elisha Venice Aguilar, Kasimira Therese Consular, Almar Diasnes, Maria April Joy Muyuela, Rufino Antonio Barrato, Aldriene Earl Horlador, Gabrielle Dominique Dacumos, and Karla Breanna Andaya.

22 other jins from the A. Diasnes gym were able to qualify in the top 25 of their respective weight classes and were honorable mentions.
