The Iloilo A. Diasnes taekwondo gym continues to impress and dominated another national tournament after collecting 4 gold medals, 2 silvers, and 6 bronze.
Fresh off an astonishing finish during the 2021 Online Visayas CPJ (Carlos Palanca Jr.) Poomsae & Speed Kicking Taekwondo Championships, the Diasnes jins were in top form and ruled the 2021 Online National Poomsae Championships.
Gold medalists were Seth Ryan Templanza (Junior Male Blackbelt), Elizabeth Marie Borres (Cadet Female Blackbelt), Rojohn de la Cruz (Cadet Male Brownbelt), and Jasmine Kaye Badoles (Cadet Female Brownbelt).
Meanwhile, the duo of Kian Ezekiel Castigador (Gradeschool Boys Brownbelt) and Mariel Angela Sicar (Cadet Female Blackbelt) grabbed the silver medals.
Those who managed to hold on to the third-place spot were Abraham Pajemolin (Senior 2 Male Redbelt), Franz Angelo Fernandez (Cadet Male Brownbelt), Margareth Ann Aguana (Senior Female Brownbelt), Elisha Venice Aguilar (Junior Female Blackbelt), and Alfie Diasnes (Senior Male Blackbelt).
Aside from the 12 main medals that the Diasnes jins won, 16 other prized jins made it into the top 15 of their respective categories.
