Woody Candelario voluntarily surrendered to the police and admitted he set their house on fire out of anger at his wife.
SFO1 Roldan Gaylan, arson investigator of Ivisan Municipal Fire Station, said the incident happened at Sitio Malamig, Barangay Poblacion.
Gaylan said the suspect and his wife Marilou always quarreled with each other.
The couple was even summoned by barangay officials to patch up their misunderstanding but to no avail.
