ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 41-year-old fisherman wanted for the crime of homicide was arrested on Sept 19 at Brgy. Olotayan here.
Rafael Anisco of Almalbis Village, Barangay Culasi here did not resist when the Roxas City police served his arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 15 Judge Alma Banias-Delfin on July 29, 2020.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail for his temporary liberty. He is presently detained at the Roxas City PNP.
