BACOLOD City – An alleged high value target drug personality from Silay City, Negros Occidental was arrested in a buy-bust at Barangay Banago here early Friday.

Police identified the suspect as Rodin Dicen, 30, of Barangay Mambulac.

Dicen allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to a police agent for P500.

Police operatives recovered from him five sachets of suspected shabu weighing 12 grams worth P150,000, drug paraphernalia, the P500 marked money, and a .22 caliber revolver loaded with two live ammunition.

Dicen is detained at Police Station 3.
