A senior high school student of a university in Iloilo City was arrested for allegedly selling dried marijuana leaves late afternoon of June 29, 2019.
Rhys Kazunori, 18, was arrested at his boarding house in Barangay Rizal Pala-Pala, City Proper, Iloilo City. He will be charged for allegedly selling a plastic sachet of dried cannabis for P600.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Pablito, City Police Station 1 chief, said they received information that Kazunori had been into the marijuana trade.
The teen suspect was considered as a newly-identified drug personality.
Kazunori is now detained and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
