Grade 11 student nabbed for lascivious conduct raps

A Grade 11 student accused of lascivious conduct was arrested at Molo, Iloilo.
The suspect was identified as Rex Aquino, Jr., 19, a resident of Zone 6B, Barangay Boulevard, Molo.
Members of the Iloilo City Police Station 4, together with the Iloilo City Mobile Force Company and the Iloilo City Police Office – City Intelligence Unit (ICPO-CIU), arrested the teenager for the crime of lascivious conduct under Section 5 (B), Article III of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) docketed under Criminal Case No. 22-87921.
Section 5(b) of the said law punishes “those who commit the act of sexual intercourse or lascivious conduct with a child exploited in prostitution or subjected to other sexual abuse.”
Judge Regina Centenera Galang-Guarin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 30 in Iloilo City issued the arrest warrant on Sept. 14, 2022.
A P200,000 bail was recommended for his provisional liberty.
Aquino is the top 4 most wanted person in Molo district.
He is now detained in the custody of ICPS4 for the proper disposition of his case.
