GLOBE Telecom Inc. unveiled new customer experiences, digital partnerships and service offerings through the latest edition of The Blueprint by Globe in August, highlighting its efforts to make connectivity more personalized and useful in customers’ daily lives.
The latest Blueprint focused on helping customers get more value from their connectivity through easier access to services, more relevant offers, added benefits and experiences tailored to their interests.
The event builds on earlier Blueprint editions this year, which examined the growing role of connectivity in helping Filipinos work, learn, earn, move and stay connected with the people they care about.
Globe Chief Marketing Officer KD Dizon said customers’ connectivity needs vary depending on the situation.
“Connectivity means different things at different moments for every customer. Sometimes it’s about being able to reach someone when it matters, while other times it’s about making everyday tasks easier or simply enjoying more of what they love,” Dizon said.
She said Globe is working to better understand these needs while strengthening the systems and applications customers use.
“Our goal is to understand those moments and make the Globe experience work around them, strengthening the systems and applications customers use, making them more dependable and reliable,” she stressed.
As part of the effort, Globe introduced Globe Circle, a program designed for customers who use both its mobile and home connectivity services.
Members can receive additional benefits, rewards and experiences based on their relationship with the company.
Globe also announced the return of 917 GDay 2026, its annual customer celebration featuring rewards and activities for subscribers.
The company also presented new offerings covering roaming, home internet and digital lifestyle services.
These included partnerships with ReelShort, a short-form entertainment platform; Strava, a fitness platform; and Meta AI.
Globe introduced new roaming options for customers traveling abroad, while its home internet offers provide additional choices for households seeking greater flexibility.
The Blueprint also featured Green GSM, an all-electric ride-hailing service using VinFast electric vehicles.
The service gives customers access to electric mobility while supporting drivers participating in the shift toward electric transportation.
Meanwhile, Globe’s mobile brand TM is marking its 25th anniversary with a yearlong program of activities and rewards.
Nationwide TeaM Fair caravans will bring games, activities and prizes to communities, culminating in the TeaM Fair Concert on Sept. 12 featuring Dionela and SB19.
Through the latest Blueprint, Globe presented initiatives spanning telecommunications, digital entertainment, fitness, travel, home connectivity and mobility, reflecting the expanding ways customers can use its services in their everyday lives.
