TAGUIG CITY — Telecommunications company Globe Telecom Inc. has unveiled a suite of new digital products and services aimed at expanding access to artificial intelligence, cloud storage, cybersecurity, and digital financial tools for consumers and businesses.
The company introduced the new offerings during “The Blueprint” media briefing held May 26, 2026, at The Globe Tower.
Among Globe’s latest offerings is Globe Cloud, a cloud-based storage platform that gives customers an alternative service for securing files and preserving photos through flexible and affordable storage plans.
The service also includes features such as Flashback and AI-powered editing tools.
Globe also introduced AI Fiesta, a platform that consolidates multiple AI models into a single service.
The platform is designed to give students, content creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses more affordable access to AI tools without requiring separate subscriptions.
According to Globe, the service allows users to compare outputs from different AI models through a single prompt, helping save time and reduce costs.
For mobile users, Globe launched Instagram Basic, which allows customers to purchase promos and data packages directly within the application.
The service also offers data loan features through an in-app Mobile Center, enabling users to stay connected even after running out of prepaid credits.
Globe said Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum subscribers may also access emergency loan services, roaming assistance, and options to convert Rewards points into essential purchases such as food and fuel.
Globe At Home also announced initiatives aimed at strengthening digital inclusion among households and local communities.
Through GFiber Prepaid and GCash, traditional public markets are being introduced to digital payment systems and internet connectivity, allowing vendors to access financial services while enabling shoppers to use cashless payment options.
The broadband provider is also expanding its household offerings beyond internet connectivity by integrating flexible payment schemes, energy-related solutions, and rewards programs designed to help families manage daily expenses.
To promote online safety, Globe launched GoSafe, a campaign focused on digital protection through site blocking, content filtering, and consumer education programs.
For businesses, Globe introduced Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, which uses AI to support customer engagement and conversational commerce.
The company also announced that selected GFiber plans will include free Vulnerability Assessment Scans to help organizations identify and address cybersecurity risks.
KD Dizon, Globe Enterprise chief marketing officer, said the company continues to expand its services beyond traditional connectivity by providing digital tools that support consumers, communities, and enterprises.
“Connectivity today is no longer just about access. It is about making people feel supported and building meaningful connections that strengthen lives,” Dizon said.
She added that the new offerings form part of Globe’s efforts to promote digital inclusion, cybersecurity, and technology-driven solutions for Filipino consumers and businesses.
Globe has been expanding its digital ecosystem in recent years as competition intensifies among telecommunications providers and demand for AI and cloud-based services continues to grow nationwide.
In May 2026, Globe also said network improvements and AI investments would be among its priorities for the year, underscoring its shift from traditional telecommunications services toward broader digital platforms.
