Globe Group cements position as Top Employer in PH with big wins at LinkedIn Talent Awards 2022

The Globe Group has solidified its position as a top employer in the Philippines as it secured significant victories in key categories at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2022.  This affirms the company’s commitment to excellence in employer branding and talent development.

The Globe Group won the biggest award of the night, the recognition for Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn. Globe also won the Learning Champion award under the category for companies with 5,000 to 10,000 employees.

LinkedIn recognized Globe for its focus on building a robust employer brand to engage with its audience in a meaningful way by way of total company page views, number of new followers, and level of talent engagement. Globe also won the Learning Champion Award for investing in the learning and development of its employees by connecting them to relevant and applicable skills.

Likewise, Mynt-Globe Fintech Innovations Inc. was named Best Talent Acquisition Team under the below 1,000 employees category. The operator of e-mobile wallet GCash was feted for recognizing teams of professionals who used LinkedIn Talent Solutions to collaborate, engage, and nurture talent.
